Javier Macián has been appointed Executive Director of Human Resources. To date, he has been ABB's Human Resources Director.
His professional career includes various leadership positions in Human Resources both in Spain and Argentina, including Director of Human Resources for Refining and Marketing (1999-2001), Director of Human Resources in Europe (2001-2002) and Director of Human Resources Services (2002-2005).
With this appointment he joins Repsol's Executive Committee.
