Jason Robertson
General Counsel and Secretary
Jason K. Robertson has served as SEI's General Counsel and Secretary since late 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Robertson was in private practice, where he counseled clients in business entity formation, partnerships, financings, and operations. Previously, he was an associate with the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
Mr. Robertson began his career as an ultrasonic transducer engineer, designing surgical instruments for cataract surgery. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctorate from Duke University School of Law. |
