Jason Hill co-founded the telecom group at Media Venture Partners (MVP). While with MVP, Mr. Hill has completed over 50 M&A and capital raising transactions for wireless service and tower companies. Within the past year, Mr. Hill advised clients through several transactions on the sale of approximately 19 million pops for 700 MHz licenses in addition to advising clients on numerous transactions for PCS licenses and towers. Mr. Hill joined MVP after working as an associate at Amsterdam Pacific Securities, where he was involved with a number of telecommunications and media transactions.
Prior to joining Amsterdam Pacific, Mr. Hill was an analyst in the investment banking division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. While with Goldman Sachs, he executed a number of equity, debt and merger & acquisition transactions related to the electric utility and oil & gas industries.
Mr. Hill received his B.S. in Finance and Economics from Boston College.
