Jason M. Gonder is an associate in the Intellectual Property and General Litigation practice groups in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. His practice is focused on the areas of cyberlaw, copyright, trademark, and general commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Milbank, Mr. Gonder was a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Montana and the Law Offices of Peter M. Stanwyck in Oakland, California. Mr. Gonder was also a member of Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA) during which time he helped increase the technological capacity of a non-profit farmworker-services organization.
Mr. Gonder is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Mr. Gonder received his B.A. in Linguistics from the University of Rochester in 2000 and his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2003. |
