Jason Dalton is a research and development professional with 10 years experience in spatiotemporal forecasting, statistical machine learning, pattern discovery and recognition, as well as software development, systems integration, and data transfer structures. Mr. Dalton’s focus at SPADAC is to take top quality research, move it through systems engineering processes, and implement the findings into systems that support decision makers. Mr. Dalton is a published author in the fields of crime analysis, health informatics, statistics, engineering systems, and mathematical modeling. He has created systems that benefit programs in defense, homeland security, criminal justice, cyber crime, and public health. Mr. Dalton holds a BA in Environmental Sciences and an MS in Systems and Information Engineering from the University of Virginia. |
