Dr. Jason Corneille joined Blue29 in November 2004 to lead the company’s strategic technology development for key customers. Today he also oversees the Blue29 facility and manufacturing. Dr. Corneille brings 12 years of innovation and accomplishments in semiconductor equipment process and integration development.
Prior to Blue29, Dr. Corneille held product management, account technology management, and process development management positions at Novellus Systems, Inc. While at Novellus, he pioneered a novel CVD aluminum / PVD aluminum / reflow process and hardware development for a key customer, and led the first demonstration of PVD copper barrier/seed capability for 65nm and 45nm nodes. Previously, Dr. Corneille served as senior process development engineer at Multilevel Metals, Inc., where he lead the development of process, hardware and controls for major components of the first Inova PVD/CVD product, ultimately resulting in the division’s purchase by Novellus Systems, Inc. from Varian TFS.
Dr. Corneille received his B.S. in Chemistry from Southeastern Louisiana University and his Ph. D. in Analytical Chemistry (Surface Science) from Texas A&M University |
