Jason's practice includes participation in a wide variety of transactional, restructuring and litigation matters, both in and out of Chapter 11 cases, including the representation of debtors, committees, individual creditors and sellers/purchasers of assets. Recent cases Jason has worked on include Mirant Corporation, Senior Living Properties, Earth Care Corporation, ProMedCo Management Company, Physicians Resource Group, NextWave Personal Communications Inc., General Wireless, Inc. (n/k/a MetroPCS) and Romacorp (Tony Roma's).
