Jason R. Moretto - Director since January 5, 2004. President and COO of Eiger. Mr. Moretto has been involved in finance and accounting throughout his career. Immediately prior to joining Eiger in March 2003, Mr. Moretto served in equity research at BMO Nesbitt Burns from September 1997. Prior to that, he practiced as an accountant in both public practice and industry. In addition to his role at Eiger, he serves as a Director of Newlook Industries Corp., Racino Royale, Inc. and Wireless Age Communications, Inc. Mr. Moretto recently completed a two-year term as a Member of the Ontario Securities Commission's Small Business Advisory Committee. Mr. Moretto holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, and is a Certified General Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.
