Jason M. Smiley is an associate of Gunderson, Palmer, Goodsell & Nelson, LLP. He practices in the areas of construction law, real estate, creditor risk/bankruptcy, personal injury and civil practice in South Dakota and Wyoming.Jason was born and raised in Rapid City where he lives with his wife, Darby and their son. Jason has been and continues to be involved in many local civic and community organizations in the Rapid City area.Jason earned his B.A. from Black Hills State University and received his J.D. from the University of Wyoming where he was recognized for his accomplishments as the Outstanding Friar Student and as the Defender Aid Program's Outstanding Student. He worked as a Law Clerk for the Fourth Judicial Circuit Court of South Dakota in 2002 and is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota, the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, the Wyoming State Bar and the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association. |
