Jason is a shareholder principal of the firm. Prior to joining Kevin P. Martin and Associates P.C., Jason was managing shareholder of the local accounting firm Goloboy Gallant & Associates PC located in Needham. Jason has been in public accounting for over 40 years providing attestation, tax, accounting services and advising privately held enterprises, their shareholders and management. Jason is a member of both the Federal and State Tax Committees (currently chairperson) of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants; a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jason co authored "Massachusetts Taxation-The Law and the Lore" published by Little Brown and has been a speaker and presenter for various groups on Federal and state taxation over the years. Jason has also been Treasurer and Director of a non profit which provides campership opportunities to disadvantaged children. This organization is currently in process of contributing its assets to Morgan Memorial-Goodwill Industries.
