Jason Goldstein is a Litigation Associate in the firm’s Orange County office. He focuses his practice on the representation of financial institutions in litigation matters. He has extensive experience handling issues involving lender liability, creditors’ rights, contract claims, real property transactions, RICO, legal malpractice defense and alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Goldstein is the recipient of the 2007 Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services and a member of the California Mortgage Bankers Association Quality Assurance and Compliance Committee.

Mr. Goldstein earned his J.D. in 1999 at the University of Miami School of Law, where he was Vice President of the Computer Law Society. He also participated in the Joint Educational Project and the Cardozo Legal Society. Mr. Goldstein earned his B.A. in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing and a minor in United States and Latin American History at the University of Southern California in 1996.
