Experience
Mr. Berger concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, lender liability, construction dispute litigation, partnership and corporate shareholder disputes, as well as formation and dissolution of corporations and partnerships. In addition, Mr. Berger has recently expanded his practice to service entertainment clientele in contract and corporate matters, primarily focusing on the music and film industries.
While at the firm, Mr. Berger has represented local, regional, and national clients in various commercial settings including municipal, state and federal court litigation.
Prior to joining Weir & Partners, Jason was a Law Clerk to the Honorable M. Allan Vogelson, P.J.Ch., in the Superior Court of New Jersey (2004-2005).
Bar Admissions
Mr. Berger is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also admitted to the United States District Court of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Berger is certified in mediation in the State of New Jersey and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, Camden County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. |
