Ms. Penich has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer since April 2005. Prior to joining the Bank she was Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer of the Mortgage Division for Pacific Mercantile Bank and Financial Operations Principal for PMB Securities from 2002 to March 2005. Ms. Penich worked for eighteen (18) years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Del Amo Savings Bank. |
