Jarrod Yahes heads Investor Relations and Corporate Development at EXL. Jarrod is responsible for merger and acquisition activities and drives EXL's communication strategy with investors and the research community. Prior to EXL, Jarrod worked in technology investment banking at Citigroup in New York where he focused on financing and merger and acquisition transactions within the IT and BPO services sectors. Jarrod has also worked with Ernst & Young LLP where he worked in the New York and Paris offices in the financial services consulting and risk management advisory practices. Jarrod holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley's Haas School of Business and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from Cornell University. |
