Jarrod D. Shaw is an associate in the Insurance Practice Group.
Jarrod has experienced a variety of litigation and insurance issues in settings before state and federal courts, regulatory bodies and in internal investigations. His cases have involved tax advantaged insurance products, liability coverage disputes, general litigation concerning annuities designed to fund structured settlements, and agent-broker issues. He also represents and advises clients in a broad variety of traditional commercial litigation, including breach of contract, employment-related disputes, and privacy issues. He is also involved in litigating civil actions involving Free Speech, Free Exercise and Establishment Clause claims.
Jarrod received his bachelor's degree from the Pennsylvania State University in May, 2001 and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2004.
He is admitted to practice in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. |
