A Colorado native, Janis has lived in Boulder for more than 20 years. She earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Southern Colorado with 3 years of post graduate study in that field at the University of Colorado at Denver. She worked as a therapist in the Mental Health field for many years and has also helped manage a small, successful marketing firm in Boulder. She belongs to the Colorado Mountain Club and is an avid hiker, loves being outdoors and enjoys cross country skiing and snow-shoeing in the winter months. Janis’ children attended Boulder schools, and both graduated from the University of Colorado. Both now live and work in the Boulder/Denver area. After 14 years of experience as a realtor, including owning her own firm, Janis has now merged her firm with another successful real estate boutique in Boulder, Meridian Properties, Inc. Janis continues to offer her own expertise, experience and personal service in conjunction with the reputation, professionalism, and proven success of Meridian Properties, Inc. Her experience in personal relations, business and marketing provide a solid platform for her career in residential real estate. She is a member of the Boulder Area Board of Realtors.The focus of her practice has become Boulder’s finer homes, as well as the new downtown development. She also has established expertise in working with first time home buyers and buying and selling mid-range homes in the Boulder County area. |
