As Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services, Ms. Shaw oversees all aspects of human resource initiatives at Strategic Energy, including human resource management, recruitment of knowledgeable and experienced staff, selection, retention, training, employee relations and communications, compensation, organizational development, benefits, equal employment opportunity, HRIS, diversity and inclusion, payroll and compliance. She also oversees corporate service initiatives, including purchasing, travel and facilities. During Ms. Shaw s tenure at Strategic Energy, human resource and corporate service systems, policies and procedures have been refined to further enable Strategic Energy to attract and retain the most talented energy experts in the industry and to provide informative and quality communications and programs for all of our employees.
