Janine Gregory is responsible for directing the Company’s legal work. She joined Impulse in February 2008 after 5 years as General Counsel for First Assist, Inc., a healthcare staffing company. Prior to that she was Of Counsel in the Washington, D.C. office of Crowell & Moring LLP, where she specialized in corporate and commercial issues. Originally from England, Ms. Gregory has a law degree from the University of Oxford and began her legal career working as a solicitor in London. With over 20 years experience working in private practice and in-house, Ms. Gregory has developed wide-ranging expertise in many different areas, including contracts, M&A, HR and employment, company secretarial, compliance, HIPAA and healthcare. She is delighted to be a member of Impulse Monitoring’s executive team. |
