Janice Hughes is based in the UK, supporting five Shell Chemicals key customers as a Global Customer Manager. She is accountable for coordinating activities across all Shell Chemicals businesses and functions in order to serve these strategic customers as the preferred supplier of our products. The position also serves as a focal point for these customers with other companies within the Shell Group. Janice is a graduate of the Royal Society of Chemistry and Chartered Chemist. Janice joined Shell in 1979 and during her career has held positions in Chemicals process and customer technical support, sales and marketing, primarily in the UK and including a 2 year assignment in Germany. Prior to her current role which she started in September 2005, Janice was the Global Marketing Manager for the Higher Olefins business. |
