Janice Gordon was appointed Co-President of CCI upon Russell Preston’s resignation on September 8, 2005. Ms. Gordon was to serve as Co-President with Mr. Manis. However, upon Mr. Manis’ resignation in January of 2006, Ms. Gordon became the only President of CCI. Prior to being appointed Co-President, Ms. Gordon joined CCI in April 2005 as President of Competitive Communications, Inc, our wholly-owned subsidiary. While at Competitive Communications, she was responsible for all operational functions and for providing service to the residential Multiple Dwelling Units. From 2003 through 2005, she served as a Director of International Marketing for Unified Worldwide Transport, LLC, a company engaged in the telecommunications industry in Santa Monica, CA. From 2002 through 2003, she served as Carrier Sales Manager for Verestar, Inc., a company engaged in the telecommunications industry in Santa Monica, CA where she oversaw sales for the company’s wholesale carrier division. From 2000 through 2001, Ms. Gordon served as Vice President of Sales and Distribution for Transmission Networks, Inc., a company engaged in the telecommunications industry. Ms. Gordon received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. |
