Janice M. Hermann has recently joined The Moinian Group after 21 years in public accounting. As the chief financial officer, she oversees the finance, accounting, internal controls and investor relations of the organization. She is also responsible for financial planning and strategizing.

Prior to joining the Moinian Group, Ms. Hermann was a partner at the accounting firm of Marks Paneth and Shron LLP where she specialized in real estate audit and taxation. She earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of Connecticut. She is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs, where she currently holds the chair of the Nassau chapter's real estate committee.
