Janice L. Fields 52 is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of McDonald’s USA LLC a subsidiary of McDonald’s Corporation the world’s leading global foodservice retailer. She served as President McDonald’s Central Division from 2003 to 2006. Ms. Fields was elected to the Monsanto board in April 2008 and is a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee the Public Policy and Corporate Responsibility Committee and the Science and Technology Committee.
