Janet is a Principal at SIAS, Inc. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota in 1968, her Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver in 1972, and was authorized to use the CFP® mark of distinction in 1999. Prior to joining Shine Investment Advisory Services, Jan worked for a private adoption agency, supervising both international and domestic adoptions. Following this, she served as Executive Director of the Urban Education Program of the Denver Audubon Society. Jan has been with Shine Investments since 1995. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the largest organization of professionals dedicated to championing the financial planning process. When she is not in the office working for the firm’s clients, Janet is on the board of a local private school. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading and playing tennis. |
