Janet Proscia joined NorthMarq Capital in July 2004, when NorthMarq acquired Poole & Company. Mrs. Proscia served many roles in her 25 year tenure with Poole & Company and at the time of acquisition was a principal and Chief Operating Officer. She graduated from Montclair State University with a B.S. in Finance. Additionally, Mrs. Proscia was a member of the Board of Governors of the Mortgage Bankers Association of New Jersey, served as Chairperson of the Income Property Investment Committee, Environmental Issues Committee, Public Relations Committee, Vice Chair of Income Property Investment Committee and Public Relations Committee for MBANJ and is active in NJ-NAIOP. She holds a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson license. |
