Janet S. Nicolson, 50. Ms. Nicolson became the Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Spirit Holdings on November 15, 2006. Since the beginning of 2006, she has served in this capacity for Spirit and is responsible for all aspects of human resources and labor relations. Prior to joining Spirit, Ms. Nicolson was a principal with Mercer Human Resource Consulting, one of the largest global Human Resources consulting firms, from January 2001 to December 2005. From 1998 to 2001, she served as Vice President Human Resources with Allied Worldwide, a global logistics and transportation company. Her corporate human resources experience includes executive and leadership positions with diverse organizations such as PepsiCo, SIRVA, North American Van Lines, Norfolk Southern Corporation and United Technologies. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Concordia University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Pennsylvania State University. |
