Janet L. Thompson serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and Municipal Securities Principal of JPC Capital Partners, Inc. Ms. Thompson also recently served as Chief Compliance Officer of J. P. Carey Securities, Inc., an international investment banking firm located in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Thompson was formerly a Senior Compliance Officer with an independent broker/dealer in the Midwest. Prior to this she served as an Assistant Vice President and Compliance Operations Manager at INVEST Financial Corporation, a full service broker-dealer based in Tampa, Florida. She has over twenty years of securities brokerage experience with concentrations in compliance and back office operations, and holds the NASD Series 4, 7, 24, 53 and Series 63 licenses. |
