Ms. Eurick practices as an associate in Ray Quinney & Nebeker's Natural Resources, Water, Environmental and Local Government Law, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Her practice focuses on the areas of water rights, local government, administrative law and civil rights. Ms. Eurick has represented clients in a variety of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) work. She has assisted clients with regulatory compliance and wetland mitigation, including mitigation bank formation relating to the Clean Water Act. In addition, she has experience with Forest Law, including the review of timber sales and treatments, comment writing, and guiding clients through the administrative appeals process. Ms. Eurick also has extensive experience in civil rights work, having assisted municipal and private clients with First Amendment Freedom of Speech issues including revising and review of free speech ordinances and policies, permitting and administrative appeals. Ms. Eurick has also assisted clients in land use permitting and zoning requests, as well as representing clients with State and Federal Constitutional takings claims. |
