Jane Stebbins moved to Boulder from Ottawa, Canada in 1964. She attended the University of Colorado and the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, earning a Bachelor's degree in French with minor studies in Political Science and English Literature. Jane opened and managed a successful Boulder travel agency before entering the real estate industry in 1980. She founded Meridian Properties, Incorporated in 1984. During the past 28 years, Jane has worked in all areas of Boulder's real estate market but specializes in valuing, marketing and selling the community's finer homes. Many of her transactions result from "pocket listings," where prospective sellers quietly give her the exclusive right to sell their homes without the notoriety of a published listing. She enjoys a well-earned and widespread reputation for professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and, above all, a devotion to client service. Jane and Meridian Properties continue to support breast cancer research. A portion of every commission earned is contributed to, among others, the University of Colorado Research Center and the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Research Center.
