Jane Sadowsky is a Senior Managing Director of the firm’s corporate advisory business.
Prior to joining Evercore, Ms. Sadowsky was a Managing Director in Citigroup’s Investment Banking division where she focused on Power and Utility companies and was the Co-Head of Citigroup’s North America Power Investment Banking group. Ms. Sadowsky started her investment banking career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where she spent 11 years, and left as a Senior Vice President in the Utilities Group.
Ms. Sadowsky holds a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2004, Ms. Sadowsky was awarded the Wharton Women in Business Award for her work in mentoring and career development for women on Wall Street. |
