Dr. Emerson has served as a director of the Company since April 2007. Since 1994 Dr. Emerson has served as Chief, Division of Chemical Pathology for the University of California, Irvine. Since 2000 she has also served as the Chief of Clinical Pathology and since 2004 as a Clinical Professor for the University of California, Irvine. Since 2005 Dr. Emerson has served as Vice Chair for Clinical Programs, Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine for the University of California, Irvine. |
