S. Jane Anderson is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Insurance Coverage Litigation and Bad Faith Litigation, with a particular emphasis in Personal Injury Litigation. Mrs. Anderson is a member of the American and West Virginia Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of West Virginia and United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Anderson served as Chairman of the English Department of Weir High School, Weirton, W.V. Mrs. Anderson graduated from Denison University in 1965 with a B.A. in English, received a master's degree in English Education from West Virginia University, Morgantown, W.V., in 1973 and received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1988. cum laude, where she was also a member of the Law Review. Mrs. Anderson also serves as a Trustee for the Bieberson/McDonald Scholarship Trust, which selects recipients of scholarships from Weir High School and Wheeling Park High School. She has written articles published by the Duquesne Law Review and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. She is also a former member of the Weirton Public Transit Board. |
