Ms. Koehl-Colling serves as MemberHealth's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary as well as heads the company's Human Resources department. Ms. Koehl-Colling has over 15 years of experience in law, compliance and human resources administration.
Prior to joining MemberHealth, Ms. Koehl-Colling was with Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, LLP from 2000-2005. Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Ms. Koehl-Colling was in private practice in the Cleveland, Ohio area specializing in the representation of corporate clients in complex domestic relations litigation matters.
Ms. Koehl-Colling holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin and a juris doctorate from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She is a member of the State of Ohio bar, the American Health Lawyers Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals. |
