Jane is a member of Graham & Dunn’s Financial Services Team, practicing in the areas of new bank formations, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Jane’s practice with the Emerging Companies & Entrepreneurs Team is focused on general corporate transactions and contracts. Jane also supports the Intellectual Property Team which counsels on issues relating to trademark search, clearance, prosecution, and policing; licenses, assignments, domain name disputes; advertising compliance; and contests and sweepstakes. While attending the University of Washington School of Law, Jane served as a legal clerk for a large retail company.
