Jane Godfrey practices in the areas of estate planning, charitable giving and probate and trust law, including litigated probate and trust matters. Jane is chair of the firm's Trust and Estate Litigation practice group. She has extensive experience advising trustees and beneficiaries on trust and estate administration, including disputed matters. She has taught estate planning at Hamline University School of Law. Jane has an "AV" peer review rating (highest level of professional excellence) from Martindale-Hubbell.
