Jane C. Marlow, Vice President / Legal Recruiter... has joined the Lloyd Prescott firm with over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries & financial services companies with over 16 years at the corporate executive level focusing on finances, investor relations and in-house legal administration.

She has participated in IPO's, mergers and acquisitions, bond offerings, secondary offerings and asset purchases, both domestic as well as international.

Jane's experience includes privately owned and public companies.

Jane has a MBA degree from the University of Phoenix along with a BS of Finance from the University of South Florida.

She has strong family values where she has been married for 23 years raising 2 children in the Tampa area. In her free time she enjoys reading, traveling, playing golf or just spending quality time with her family.
