Jane A. Kramer joined NitroMed in 2005 to manage corporate affairs including corporate communication advocacy stakeholder and investor relations. Previously she led public affairs and communications at Berlex the U.S. affiliate of Schering AG a global specialty medicines company now known as BayerSchering. Before joining Berlex where she was the company’s official correspondent to the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America Ms. Kramer worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. There over an 11-year period her assignments spanned the range of internal and external strategic communications and public policy development activities. Ms. Kramer served as general counsel and director of corporate communications of United Medical Corporation. A graduate of Rutgers University and its School of Law she is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms. Kramer is a director of the New England Health Care Institute. |
