As a professional search consultant for 23 years, Jan has broad experience across sales, finance, and operations/manufacturing management. Jan is known around town for her astuteness in finding unique candidates that fit culturally with a company, in addition to exceeding the position’s qualifications. Over a recent six-year period, four multinational companies opening Cincinnati offices tapped Jan’s expertise to help staff up. Jan found candidates that fit culturally with these companies resulting in dozens of hires at all levels: management, controller, operations, clerical, and technical. Jan was recently recognized as one of the area’s top 10 recruiters by Women’s Business Cincinnati. Jan received her B.A. from Emory University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.
