Jan Nicholson

Ms. Nicholson has been President of The Grable Foundation, a private, charitable foundation that is dedicated to helping children and youth through improving their educational opportunities, since 1990. From 1998 to 2000, she was Managing Director of MBIA Insurance Corporation, a financial guaranty insurer, where she oversaw Portfolio Management and Strategic Risk Assessment functions. From 1994 to 1998, Ms. Nicholson was Managing Director in charge of Research and Development for Capital Markets Assurance Corporation, a financial guaranty insurer. Ms. Nicholson has been a director of Ball Corporation, a supplier of metal and plastic packaging products and of aerospace and other technologies, since 1994. Ms. Nicholson has been a director of Radian since 2003. |
