In the autumn of 1987, Mr. Lilja started SIMS activities in Malmö, Sweden. Since then, he has had recruitment assignments in many different sectors from banking to the engineering industry In recent years, assignments in the export industry, medical and IT/Telecommunications have been dominant.

He trained as an engineer and has a BA in economics. He worked both as a designer and Personnel Manager / Management Developer for just over 20 years in Swedish industry before joining SIMS/Signium International.

In total, he has approximately 30 years experience as a manager during the same period and is a partner in SIMS AB. In his leisure time, Mr. Lilja plays some golf and enjoys sailing.
