Jan Honaker
Director of Gas Scheduling
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Jan Honaker has acquired vast industry knowledge in the areas of accounting, pipeline reconciliation and gas scheduling. At Continental Natural Gas, Inc., Ms. Honaker participated in the beginning of deregulation of natural gas and has nominated, reconciled, invoiced, remitted payments and accounted for all facets from the wellhead to the burnertip.
Upon CMS Energy's acquisition of Continental Natural Gas, Inc., Ms. Honaker continued gas control functions for CMS Field Services, Inc. which included five natural gas processing plants and more than 4,400 miles of gas gathering systems flowing into various mid-continent interstate and intrastate pipelines. In addition, Ms. Honaker monitored production, by interacting directly with producers and end-users, limiting their exposure to imbalances and cash out penalties.
Ms. Honaker earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Oklahoma State University. She and her husband, Michael, have two children and reside in Tulsa.
