Jan joined Certiport at its inception and is responsible for all financial matters. Day-to-day focus is on cash management, presenting the company's financial position to investors, and ensuring the viability of Certiport. During his tenure with the company, Jan is credited with formalizing budgetary processes, operational policies, and procedures in purchasing, travel, and human resources. Jan has served in key financial positions for 15 years. Prior to joining Certiport, he worked as the New Product Research Manager for DHI Computing Services, Inc., where he developed marketing strategy for the company's Internet Services Division. Jan's most significant experience outside of Certiport was serving as the International Credit Manager for Novell, Inc. Jan holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Brigham Young University. |
