Jan Collinson joined Synopsys in 1990 as Facilities Manager for the Mountain View headquarters. In her current position of Sr. Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities, she is focused on enhancing the Company's competitive advantage by providing extraordinary work environments, and attracting, engaging and retaining individuals who have a passion to excel. Since joining Synopsys in May 1990, Ms. Collinson and her team have actively supported the aggressive growth of the company, while facilitating frequent Merger and Acquisition activity. In her previous position of Vice President, Real Estate and Facilities, she managed the company's portfolio of 60+ sites in 20 countries. Ms. Collinson holds a BS degree in Human Resources from California State University-Fresno. |
