Jan has extensive experience leading audits for real estate companies, employee benefit plans, and cooperative housing corporations. He has represented clients before the Department of Labor, and the Internal Revenue Service. He is licensed in New York State and Connecticut.
Jan has written and lectured on payroll compliance engagements. He also has been retained by plaintiffs counsel as an expert in a number of Fair Labor Standards Act cases. |
