Mr. Ver Hagen has been a director of Wolverine since January 1996 and served as the non-executive Chairman of the Board from May 1998 until December 2000. In 2001, Mr. Ver Hagen retired as Senior Vice President reporting to the President of Emerson Electric Co. ("Emerson"), a manufacturer and marketer of electronic and electrical products, a position he held since 1999. Prior to rejoining Emerson, Mr. Ver Hagen was employed by United Dominion Industries, Limited as Vice Chairman in 1998, and as President and Chief Operating Officer from 1994 to 1998. Mr. Ver Hagen also serves as a director of Plexus Corp. and Flow International Corporation and Trustee of the University of Wisconsin Foundation and The Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation |
