Professional Experience
Jamie is a member of McDonough’s Litigation Practice Group where she advises and represents corporations, individuals, and public entities in litigation matters. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation as well as commercial and business disputes. Prior to joining McDonough in 2007, Jamie was associated with Sacramento-region firms. She brings experience in general civil litigation defense including business litigation, professional malpractice, and employment litigation and has handled civil litigation matters in both trial and appellate courts.

Represented individuals, sole proprietors, LLCs, corporations, and other entities in litigation arising from unfair business practices, contractual disputes, sales of businesses, intentional torts, and various other matters
Experience representing employers in various employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment discrimination, breach of contract, and wage and hour allegations
Represented individuals and entities in professional malpractice matters
Represented individuals in trust and estate litigation
