James Valentine , CEO. As Acenes' CEO, Mr. Valentine is responsible for managing the company's strategic business development activities. His general expertise is in the organization, financing and operation of emerging growth companies that are involved in professional services, security and infrastructure. His experience includes: Chairman of Tri Alpha Energy; CEO of ESI; CEO of QoS Networks Ltd, a company providing IP services on a global basis; CEO of North American Wireless Inc.; and General Partner of Montgomery Securities. Mr. Valentine serves on the boards of directors of ESI, LinkCom Inc., Tri Alpha and QoS Networks, Ltd. Mr. Valentine received his BA with High Honors from the University of Florida and his JD degree from Harvard Law School. Mr. Valentine is a service-disabled veteran. |
