Jim Triandiflou oversees operations to ensure successful customer engagements and continued excellence in customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Centive, Triandiflou was co-founder, president and CEO of Ockham Technologies, a leading provider of sales performance management software founded in 1999. Ockam was acquired by Centive in June 2002. Prior to Ockam, Triandiflou served as vice president and Southern region manager for The Alexander Group (AGI), a leading sales effectiveness consulting firm. In this capacity, Triandiflou managed business development, consulting service delivery, recruitment and employee development for the region. Triandiflou speaks frequently on sales effectiveness and the value of sales management, and serves as an industry faculty member of the Columbia Business School Executive Education Sales Management Program. Triandiflou holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the State University of New York College at Oswego and a MBA from Arizona State University in international marketing. |
