Jim joined Brierley in January, 2007 and serves as President & CEO. He brings over 20 years of experience with EDS, an industry leader providing a broad portfolio of Business Process Management and Technology solutions. Most recently, he was responsible for Client Service Excellence. In this position, Jim was responsible for providing innovative solutions to business issues for major clients as well as ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, Jim was strategic in developing and leading EDS' client loyalty program. Earlier in Jim's tenure with EDS, he served as Vice President, Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Sturm holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Finance, and Management Information Systems from State University of New York at Buffalo. |
