James Rudis was elected to our board of directors in April 1995 and has served as President since June 1997. He also served as a director of TreeCon Resources, Inc. (our former parent company, which formerly was named Overhill Corporation) from December 1992 to December 2003, and until December 2003 had
served as President of TreeCon Resources since July 1997 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TreeCon Resources since February 1998. He served as Executive Vice President of TreeCon Resources from March 1994 until July 1997. Prior to his employment with us and with TreeCon Resources, Mr. Rudis was
President of Quorum Corporation, a private consulting firm involved in acquisitions and market development. From 1970 until 1984, he held various executive positions in CIT Financial Corporation, including Vice President and Regional Manager of that company's Commercial Finance Division. |
