Jim Roth leads the Insurance and Investment Division. In addition to his management responsibilities, Jim manages his own very successful recruiting desk. Prior to joining the Vermillion Group, Jim spent 21 years in the insurance industry. He started his career as an agent in 1974, was promoted into field management and finally moved into an executive leadership role. Jim consistently ranks within the Top 1-2 % of all Insurance recruiters in the World.
